14-Day Right to Return In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Return Conditions:

• The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

• All accessories, manuals, and protective films (especially on screens) must be intact.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will coordinate with you to provide a bank transfer or PayPal refund.

5-Year Warranty Claims: For electronic products (such as car systems and adapters) that develop a technical fault after the 14-day period, please refer to our 5-Year Warranty. We will provide repair or replacement services at no additional product cost to you.
